Admissions

We're delighted that you're considering our school!

Thank you for your interest in Westside Waldorf School. We are committed to making the admissions process a positive experience, and we hope you will contact us with any questions.

Students, parents and alumni use many words to describe our small private school: creative, challenging, experiential, integrative, engaging, inspiring, holistic, caring and personal. It's great to hear what others say, but the best way to learn about Westside Waldorf is to visit us and explore joining our community of learners!

Before you begin the application process, we ask that you schedule a tour (or virtual tour) to visit our school. Our approach is unique in many ways, and we want you to experience the magic, beauty, and effectiveness of our teaching methods before applying. We look forward to introducing you to our engaged and dynamic community, and sharing the richness of Waldorf education with you.

The application process itself is a series of simple steps, which we are happy to guide you through.

The heart of the Waldorf method is that education is an art — it must speak to the child's experience. To educate the whole child, his heart and his will must be reached, as well as the mind.

— Rudolf Steiner

Applications due December 10th

Applications received after the deadline will be considered based on availability.
