Support WWS
Westside Waldorf is a community where every member has a place and a responsibility.
We strive to inspire a strong culture of philanthropy and community engagement. Through structured giving opportunities, we work together to provide the highest quality academic and extracurricular selections as well as parent programs.
We're grateful to our generous parents, faculty, alumni, friends, and foundations for their support. We have grown from a small kindergarten class to a two-campus school over the past 40 years. The outpouring of support from parents, alumni, grandparents and friends enables us to fulfill our mission and expand our vision for the future.
There are many ways to help us reach our goals. Please reach out to learn how to get involved and contribute.
Tuition alone does not support all of our school's wonderful activities and educational programs
Contributions from friends and families help us with:
Financial Assistance: Westside Waldorf provides more than $1 million dollars annually in tuition assistance to foster a socio-economically diverse community.
Operations: Many of our on-going expenses fall beyond what is covered by tuition, including expanded access to childhood development programs and Waldorf education experts; student field trips; developmental toys for the nursery; and our organic food program.
COVID-19 Safety: Making our campus as safe as possible for our students, faculty, and staff has added significantly to our operating costs. Air purifiers, sanitizing products, outdoor classrooms, and frequent testing for faculty and staff are just some of the new expenses we face in meeting COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
Help us thrive and nurture our school's growth by making a tax-deductible donation today. We thank you for your support!

I am grateful for every day that I'm able to bring my children to this school where I know that someone else is seeing them as I do. As a parent and a teacher, I feel compelled to give knowing that my good gesture directly impacts the children. The families that make up our community and the staff and teachers that hold it, are the school -- the more we all give, the more the children can receive of this profound curriculum.
— Anjum M., Parent, Parent-Child Teacher
Get Involved
Our families’ experiences of Waldorf education are enriched when parents and family members participate in school events, serve on committees, or help with various aspects of school life. Waldorf education is truly special, and so are the events. Come for the fun and take lifelong memories with you. As members of the Westside Waldorf School community, families commit themselves annually to volunteer service to the school.
