Deposit

Due with the enrollment contract to secure a space in class. Deducted from tuition. Non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you are applying for Tuition Assistance, you are required to pay a deposit of $1,875 ($1,500 tuition deposit + $375 Tuition Insurance Premium).

Application Fee	$150 per child for new applicants only, non-refundable & non- transferable
Tuition Insurance Plan	$375 per child, required
Administrative Fee	$750 per child if re-enrolled between 3/7/25 and 4/11/25 $1500 per child if re-enrolled after 4/11/25
Building & Ground Fee	$1550 per child, non-refundable & non-transferable
New Family Entry Fee	$1500 for each newly enrolling family
Aftercare (Dismissal - 4:30 pm)	$25 per day
Late Pick-Up Fees	Minute 0-5, complimentary Minutes 6-30, $30 per child Minutes 31-59, $50 per child One hour or greater, $100 per child

Tuition Subsidies for Early Childhood Programs

Westside Waldorf is dedicated to accessible education for all families. We accept certain tuition subsidies for our PreK and Transitional Kindergarten programs for families approved by recognized providers.

These subsidies, funded by federal and state resources, help low-income families afford quality childcare while parents work or pursue education.
